Prominent Modern Scientists were very astonishing when they read the Quran. The following are some of the Scientists and their observations or views about the Quran - The Holy Book of Muslims.

Born in 1920, former chief of the Surgical Clinic, University of Paris, has for a long time deeply interested in the correspondences between the teachings of the Holy Scriptures and modern secular knowledge.
He is the author of a best-seller, " The Bible, The Qur'an and Science" (1976). His classical studies of the scriptural languages, including Arabic, in association with his knowledge of hieroglyphics, have allowed him to hold a multidisciplinary inquiry, in which his personal contribution as a medical doctor has produced conclusive arguments. His work, "Mummies of the Pharaohs -Modern Medical Investigations" (St. Martins Press, 1990) won a History Prize from the Académie Française and another prize from the French National Academy of Medicine.
His other works include: "What is the Origin of Man" (Seghers, 1988), "Moses and Pharaoh, the Hebrews in Egypt", (NTT Mediascope Inc, 1994); and "Réflexions sur le Coran" (Mohamed Talbi & Maurice Bucaille, Seghers, 1989)
After a study, which lasted ten years, Dr. Maurice Bucaille addressed the French Academy of Medicine in 1976 concerning the existence in the Qur'an of certain statements concerning physiology and reproduction. His reason for doing that was that:
"...our knowledge of these disciplines is such, that it is impossible to explain how a text produced at the time of the Qur'an could have contained ideas that have only been discovered in modern times."
"The above observation makes the hypothesis advanced by those who see Muhammad as the author of the Qur'an untenable. How could a man, from being illiterate, become the most important author, in terms of literary merits, in the whole of Arabic literature?
How could he then pronounce truths of a scientific nature that no other human-being could possibly have developed at that time, and all this without once making the slightest error in his pronouncement on the subject?"

T.V.N. Persaud
Professor of Anatomy, Pediatrics and Child Health in University of Manitoba Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Author and editor of over 20 books, and has published over 181 scientific papers. Co-author of The Developing Human (5th Edition, with Keith L. Moore). He received the J.C.B. Grant Award in 1991. Professor Persaud presented several research papers.
"It seems to me that Muhammad was a very ordinary man, he couldn't read, didn't know how to write, in fact he was an illiterate...
We're talking about 1400 years ago, you have some illiterate person making profound statements that are amazingly accurate, of a scientific nature...
I personally can't see how this could be mere chance, there are too many accuracies and like Dr. Moore, I have no difficulty in my mind reconciling that this is a divine inspiration or revelation which lead him to these statements."

E. Marshall Johnson
Professor and Chairman of the Department of Anatomy and Developmental Biology, and Director of the Daniel Baugh Institute, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.
Author of over 200 publications. Former President of the Teratology Society among other accomplishments. Professor Johnson began to take an interest in the scientific signs in the Qur'an at the 7th Saudi Medical Conference (1982), when a special committee was formed to investigate scientific signs in the Qur'an and Hadith. At first, Professor Johnson refused to accept the existence of such verses in the Qur'an and Hadith. But after a discussion with Sheikh Zindani he took an interest and concentrated his research on the internal as well as external development of the fetus.
" summary, the Qur'an describes not only the development of external form, but emphasizes also the internal stages, the stages inside the embryo, of its creation and development, emphasizing major events recognized by contemporary science."
"As a scientist, I can only deal with things which I can specifically see. I can understand embryology and developmental biology. I can understand the words that are translated to me from the Qur'an. As I gave the example before, if I were to transpose myself into that era, knowing what I do today and describing things, I could not describe the things that were described...
I see no evidence to refute the concept that this individual Muhammad had to be developing this information from some place... so I see nothing here in conflict with the concept that divine intervention was involved in what he was able to write..."

Dr. Moore

President of the Canadian Association of Anatomists, and of the American Association of Clinical Anatomists. The Canadian Association of Anatomists with the prestigious J.C.B. Grant Award honored him and in 1994 he received the Honored Member Award of the American Association of Clinical Anatomists "for outstanding contributions to the field of clinical anatomy."

"For the past three years, I have worked with the Embryology Committee of King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, helping them to interpret the many statements in the Qur'an and Sunnah referring to human reproduction and prenatal development. At first I was astonished by the accuracy of the statements that were recorded in the 7th century AD, before the science of embryology was established. Although I was aware of the glorious history of Muslim scientists in the 10th century AD, and some of their contributions to Medicine, I knew nothing about the religious facts and beliefs contained in the Qur'an and Sunnah."
At a conference in Cairo he presented a research paper and stated:
"It has been a great pleasure for me to help clarify statements in the Qur'an about human development. It is clear to me that these statements must have come to Muhammad from God, or Allah, because most of this knowledge was not discovered until many centuries later. This proves to me that Muhammad must have been a messenger of God, or Allah."
Professor Moore also stated that:
"...Because the staging of human embryos is complex, owing to the continuous process of change during development, it is proposed that a new system of classification could be developed using the terms mentioned in the Qur'an and Sunnah. The proposed system is simple, comprehensive, and conforms to present embryological knowledge.
"The intensive studies of the Qur'an and Hadith in the last four years have revealed a system of classifying human embryos that is amazing since it was recorded in the seventh century A.D... The descriptions in the Qur'an cannot be based on scientific knowledge in the seventh century..."

Gerald C. Goeringer

Professor and coordinator of Medical Embryology in the Department of Cell Biology, School of Medicine, Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA.
Sheikh cAbdul-Majeed A.Zindani met with Professor Goeringer and asked him whether in the history of embryology was there any mention of the different stages of embryonic development, or whether there existed any embryological texts at the time of the Prophet. Sheikh Zindani also asked his opinion regarding the terms the Qur'an uses to describe the different phases of fetal development. After several long discussions, he presented a study at the 8th Saudi Medical Conference:
"...In a relatively few ayahs (Qur'anic verses) is contained a rather comprehensive description of human development from the time of commingling of the gametes"

Professor Siaveda
Professor of Marine Geology, Japan.
Sheikh Zindani asked him a number of questions in his area of specialization, and then informed him of the Qur'anic verses and Hadith which mention the same phenomena he spoke of. One of the questions was concerning mountains. Sheikh Zindani asked him about the shape of mountains; and whether they were firmly rooted in the earth. "What is your opinion of what you have seen in the Qur'an and the Sunnah with regard to the secrets of the Universe, which scientists only discovered now?"
"I think it seems to me very, very mysterious, almost unbelievable. I really think if what you have said is true, the book is really a very remarkable book, I agree."
"...through organogenesis. No such distinct and complete record of human development such as classification, terminology, and description existed previously. In most, if not all instances, this description antedates by many centuries the recording of the various stages of human embryonic and fetal development recorded in the traditional scientific literature."

Yushidi Kusan
Director of the Tokyo Observatory, Tokyo, Japan.

Sheikh Abdul-Majeed A. Zindani presented a number of Qur'anic verses describing the beginnings of the universe and of the heavens, and the relationship of the earth to the heavens. He expressed his astonishment, saying that the Qur'an describes the universe as seen from the highest observation point, everything is distinct and clear.
"I say, I am very much impressed by finding true astronomical facts in Qur'an, and for us modern astronomers have been studying very small piece of the universe. We have concentrated our efforts for understanding of very small part. Because by using telescopes, we can see only very few parts of the sky without thinking about the whole universe. So by reading Qur'an and by answering to the questions, I think I can find my future way for investigation of the universe."

Some of the Respected Prominent Non Muslims views about Islam, based on their sincere deep understanding, and research on Islam:

“I have always held the religion of MUHAMMAD in high estimation because of its wonderful vitality. It is the only religion, which appears to me to possess that assimilating capacity to the changing phase of existence, which can make itself appeal to every age.”
“I have studied him - the wonderful man and in my opinion far from being an anti-Christ, he must be called the Savior of Humanity.“
“I believe that if a man like him were to assume the dictatorship of the modern world he would succeed in solving its problems in a way that would bring it the much needed peace and happiness"

"I hope the time is not far off when I shall be able to unite all the wise and educated men of all the countries and establish a uniform regime based on the principles of Qur'an which alone are true and which alone can lead men to happiness."

“The league of nations founded by the prophet of Islam put the principle of international unity and human brotherhood on such universal foundations as to show candle to other nations.“ He continues: "The fact is that no nation of the world can show a parallel to what Islam has done towards the realization of the idea of the League of Nations."

The renowned historian, speaking on the essentials of human greatness wonders:
"If greatness of purpose, smallness of means and astounding results are the three criteria of human genius, who could dare to compare any great man in modern history than MUHAMMAD?
The most famous men created arms, laws and empires only. They founded, if anything at all, no more than material powers which often crumbled away before their eyes.
This man moved not only armies, legislation, empires, peoples and dynasties, but millions of men in one-third of the then inhabited world; and more than that, he moved the altars, the gods, the religions, the ideas, the beliefs and souls....
His forbearance in victory, his ambition, which was entirely devoted to one idea and in no manner striving for an empire; His endless prayers, his mystic conversations with God, his death and his triumph after death; all these attest not to an imposture but to a firm conviction which gave him the power to restore a dogma.
Philosopher, orator, apostle, legislator, warrior, conqueror of ideas, restorer of rational dogmas, of a cult without images, the founder of twenty terrestrial empires and of one spiritual empire, that is MUHAMMAD.

As regards all the standards by which Human Greatness may be measured, we may well ask,

“ I wanted to know the best of one who holds today undisputed sway over the hearts of millions of mankind. I became more than convinced that it was not the sword that won a place for Islam in those days in the scheme of life ..It was the rigid simplicity, the utter self-effacement of the Prophet, the scrupulous regard for his pledges, his intense devotion to his friends and followers, his intrepidity, his fearlessness, his absolute trust in God and his own mission”

"He was Caesar and Pope in one; but he was Pope without Pope's pretensions, Caesar without the legions of Caesar: without a standing army, without a bodyguard, without a palace, without a fixed revenue; if ever any man had the right to say that he ruled by the right divine, it was Mohammed, for he had all the power without its instruments and without its supports."

and Simon Ockley, on the profession of Islam, write in “History of Saracen Empires” London, 1870, p.54

I believe in one God, and Mohammad, an apostle of God’ is the simple and invariable profesion of Islam, The Intellectual image of the Deity has never been degraded by visible idil;… the honour of the prophet have never transgressed the measure of human virtues; and his living precepts have restrained the gratitude of his disciples within the bounds of reason and religion”

Another impressive tribute to Muhammad [peace be upon him], is in the very well written work of ,
The 100: A Ranking of the Most Influential Persons in History”. He states that the most influential person in all history was Muhammad:

“My choice of Muhammad to lead the list of the world’s most influential persons may surprise some readers and may be questioned by others, but he was supremely successful on both the religious and secular level”

"The lies (Western slander) which well-meaning zeal has heaped round this man (MUHAMMAD) are disgraceful to ourselves only…How one man single-handedly, could weld warring tribes and wandering Bedouins into a most powerful and civilized nation in less than two decades…।A silent great soul, one of that who cannot but be earnest. He was to kindle the world, the world’s Maker had ordered so."

in The Life & Teaching of MUHAMMAD
"It is impossible for anyone who studies the life & character of the great Prophet of Arabia, …।, to feel anything but reverence for that mighty Prophet, one of the great messengers of the Supreme. And although in what I put to you I shall say many things which may be familiar to many, yet I myself feel whenever I re-read them, a new way of admiration, a new sense of reverence for that mighty Arabian teacher."

The famous poetess of India -
Speaking on the aspect of equality in Islam :
“It was the first religion that preached and practiced democracy, when the ncall for prayer is sounded and worshipers are gathered together, democracy of Islam is embodied five times a day, when the peasant and king kneel side by side and proclaim: ‘God alone is Great’.. I have been struck over and over again by this indivisible unity of Islam that makes man instinctively a brother”

of USA Psychiatric Association :

"People like Pasteur and Salk are leaders in the first sense. People like Gandhi and Confucius, on one hand, and Alexander, Caesar and Hitler on the other, are leaders in the second and perhaps the third sense. Jesus and Buddha belong in the third category alone. Perhaps the greatest leader of all times was MUHAMMAD, who combined all three functions. To a lesser degree, Moses did the same."

His military triumphs awakened no pride nor vain glory as they would have done had they been effected by selfish purposes. In the time of his greatest power he maintained the same simplicity of manner and appearance as in the days of his adversity. So far from affecting regal state, he was displeased if, on entering a room, any unusual testimonial of respect was shown to him

Encyclopedia Britannica
Muhammad : his complete biography has been authenticated and circulated amongst scholars around the world starting while he was still alive and continuing up until today. One of the first examples we quote from is from the Encyclopedia Britannica Vol 12, as it confirms:
[Regarding Muhammad] "..a mass of detail in the early sources shows that he was as honest and upright man who had gained the respect and loyalty of others who were likewise honest and upright men.”

Selected Experiences from Well Known Persons which include, Priests, Scientists, Scholars, and Intellectuals, from all over the World.

1. Dr. Jerald F. Dirks,
USAM.Div. [Harvard US] Psy.D [Denver US], Former Minister (Deacon) of the United Methodist Church and biblical scholar. Author of "The Cross and the Crescent: An Interfaith Dialogue between Christianity and Islam" (2001), and "Abraham: The Friend of God" (2002).
Harvard named him a Hollis Scholar, signifying that he was one of the top pre-theology students in the college….and there obtained his Master of Divinity degree... and as the minister of two United Methodist Churches in Kansas, USA.
By virtue of my seminary training and education, I knew how badly the Bible had been corrupted (and often knew exactly when, where, and why),”
“I could readily admit to myself that I had far more in common with Islamic beliefs as I then understood them, than I did with the traditional Christianity of the organized church. I knew only too well that I could easily confirm from my seminary training and education most of what the Qur’an had to say about Christianity, the Bible, and Jesus, peace be upon him” I was a Muslim. Praise be to Allah, my wife of 33 years also became a Muslim about that same time.”

2. Dr. Polosin A. V. Sergheyevich.
PhD [Moscow State University]
Learned & Respected Ex Archpriest of Orthodox Church, Russia

“I became a priest in 1983. At the moment my benefice symbolized the spiritual and intellectual struggle against the absence of God, and I felt I was a warrior of the Lord. But unfortunately, when my real service began, I was faced with carrying out the rituals ordered by largely superstitious people rather than with fulfillment of my spiritual and intellectual tasks.”
“When I first read the periphrastic translation of the Holy Quran, made by V. Porokhovaya, with a commentary to the text of the Quran and the Islamic teaching about Jesus (let peace be upon him!), my last reservations about accepting the word of Islam vanished…I made a decision to publicly profess our return to the true faith in the One and Only God. “

3. I.K. Philobus,
Dip. Theology, M.A. Theology [Princeton University USA Former Priest, and Secretary General of The German Swiss Christians Mission
“My faith in Islam has been brought about through reading the Holy Quran and the biography of Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of God be upon him. I no longer believed in the misconceptions against Islam and I am especially attracted by the concept of unity of God, which is the most important feature of Islam. God is only One. Nothing is like Him. This belief makes me the servant of God only and of no one else. Oneness of God liberates man from servitude to any human being and that is true freedom.”

4. Raphael Latino,
Los Angles, USA Former Jehovah’s Witness Minister, Los Angles, USA
A forty-two-year-old Latino, Raphael is a Los Anodes-based lecturer. He was born in Texas, where he attended his first Jehovah's Witness meeting at age six, gave his first Bible sermon at eight, tended his own congregation at twenty, and was headed for a position of leadership among the 904,000 Jehovah's Witnesses in the United States.1 But he traded in his Bible for a Qur'an after having braved a visit to a local mosque. On November 1, 1991, he embraced Islam, bringing to the Muslim community the organizational and speaking skills he developed among Jehovah's Witnesses.
“I started thinking, Muslims - one billion in the world. Man, one out of every five people on the street theoretically could be a Muslim. And I thought: One billion people! C'mon now, Satan is good. But he's not that good. .So then I said, I'll read their book, the Qur'an, and I'll see what kind of pack of lies this thing is. It probably has an illustration on how to dissemble an AK-47.I started getting calls from different parts of the country to go and lecture as a Jehovah's Witness minister who embraced Islam. People find me a novelty.”

5. Dr. Martin John Mwaipopo,
Dip. In Church Administration [England], B.A.; M.A. ; PhD in Divinity [Berlin Germany]. Former Lutheran Archbishop and Member of World Council of Churches
It was December 23, 1986, two days away from Christmas, when Arch Bishop Martin John Mwaipopo, announced to his congregation that he was leaving Christianity for Islam. The congregation was paralyzed with shock on hearing the news, ..”
“When I opened the Qur’an , the first verses I came across were, ‘ Say : He is Allah , The One and Only; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begeteteth not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him? (Surah Ikhlas)’ ", he recalls. That was when the seeds of Islam, unknown to him, were first sown. It was then that he discovered that the Qur’an was the only scripture book that never have been tampered with, by human beings since its revelation . "And in concluding my doctoral thesis I said so. I didn’t care whether they give me my doctorate or not - that was the truth, and I was looking for the truth."

6. Dr. Gary Miller
converted to Islam and became a major herald for Islam. This man likes mathematics so much, that's why he likes logic. One day, he decided
to read the Quran to try to find any mistakes.

He expected the Quran to be an old book written 14 centuries ago, a book that talks about the desert and so on. He was amazed from what he found.
He started reading the Quran more thoroughly hoping to find a mistake but he was shocked when he read a great verse which is verse number 82 in Surat Al-Nisa'a (Women) that says:

“Do they not consider the Qur'an (with care)? Had it been from other than God, they would surely have found therein much discrepancy”.

Dr Miller says about this verse: “One of the well known scientific principles is the principle of finding mistakes or looking for mistakes in a theory until it’s proved to be right (Falsification Test).

What’s amazing is that the Holy Quran asks Muslims and non-Muslims to try to find mistakes in this book and it tells them that they will never find any”.

7. Prof Dr. Ingrid Mattson, PhD, Canada,

Guest lecturer at such institutions as the US Naval Academy

Raised as a Catholic, she ultimately abandoned religion "for good" but later embraced Islam

8. Prof. Dr. F. O’Leary PhD, Texas USA[Prof of Biology State Edward University, USA]

Ex Traditional Devoted Christian Roman Catholic
"I love Islam that, I have to pray direct to God, My relation is direct to God not through intermediary such as clergy etc."

9. Prof. Dr. J. Nicholson PhD, UK Scholars in Christian Theology & Divinity , Edinburgh. Univ. Scotland

Former Preacher & Minister , Christian Movement Jehovah Witness, England .
Reverted to Islam with his 6 children & Wife. Also his mother of 119 yrs old
converted to Islam

10. Professor Dr. Jeffrey Lang
Professor of Mathematics at the University of Kansas, one of the biggest universities in the United States.
Dr. Jeffery Lang pursued a career in mathematics. He received his master’s and doctoral degrees from Purdue University

He started questioning all the values- political, social and religious. “I rebelled against all the institutions that society held sacred including the Catholic Church,” he said. By the time he reached the age of 18, Lang had become a full-fledged atheist
Lang said that he had always been fascinated by mathematics. “Mathematics is logical. It consists of using facts and figures to find concrete answers,” Lang said. “That is the way my mind works, and it is frustrating when I deal with things that do not have concrete answerers”.
Lang read the Quran on his own, found his way to the student-run prayer hall at the university, and basically surrendered without much struggle. He was
conquered by the Qur’an. ” Having a mind that accepts ideas on their factual merit makes believing in a religion difficult because most religions require acceptance by faith, he said. The Muslim religion appeals to man’s reasoning” he said.

11. Dr. M. Wilfried Hofmann
Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany

Director of Information for NATO in Brussels

"I began to see Islam with its own eyes, as the unadulterated, pristine belief in the one and only, the true God, Who does not beget, and was not begotten, Whom nothing and nobody resembles … In place of the qualified deism of a tribal God and the constructions of a divine Trinity, the Qur’an showed me the most lucid, most straightforward, the most abstract - thus historically most advanced – and least anthropomorphic concept of God. "

"The Qur’an’s ontological statements, as well as its
ethical teachings, impressed me as profoundly plausible, “as good as gold,” so there was no room for even the slightest doubt about the authenticity of Muhammad’s prophetic mission. People who understand human nature cannot fail to appreciate the infinite wisdom of the “Dos and Don’ts” handed down from God to man in the form of the Qur’an."

12. Anselm Tormeeda
A Former Priest and the Greatest Christian Scholar.
A Former Priest and the greatest Christian scholars. The authors of several famous Books and one of them are "The Gift to the Intelligent for Refuting the Arguments of the Christians".

While the Christians were expending all their efforts in disseminating distorted Christianity all over Andalusia after the evacuation of the Muslims, God, the Almighty, opened the heart of one of its great scholars to Islam. He submitted sincerely to Allah, and stood upright in obedience to Him and struggled with his hand, tongue and pen in His way.
This man was a priest called Anselm Tormeeda and later known as Sheikh Abu Muhammad Abdullah bin Abdullah Al-Tarjuman, the Majorcan,.
He was famous among the common people with some nicknames; the most popular was Sidi Tohfah, which means "My Master Gift", referring to his famous book "The Gift To The Intelligent For Refuting The Arguments Of The Christians.
The book was a powerful truth to the structure of Christian belief because it was written by one of the greatest scholars of Christianity in those days, as admitted by Christians themselves. He began his book by mentioning the story of his guidance to Islam; how God freed his heart from the slavery of idolatry and polytheism, and how He opened his heart to Islam and filled it with His Light.
What follows is a summary extracted from his story as related in his own words:
" I lived in the church with an aged priest. He was greatly respected by the people because of his knowledge, religiousness and asceticism, which distinguished him from the other Christian priests. Questions and requests for advice came to him from everywhere, from Kings and Rulers, along with presents and gifts. They hoped that he would accept their presents and grant them his blessings.
This priest taught me the principles of Christianity and its rulings. I became very close to him by serving and assisting him with his duties until I became one of his most trusted assistants
During one of the discussions he said: "My son, when you came here from your country, I asked you if is it near to the Muslim's. And whether they made raids against you, or you made raids against them. This was to test your hatred for Islam. Know, my son, that Paraclete is the name of their Prophet, Muhammad." to whom was revealed the fourth book as mentioned by Daniel. His way is the clear way which is mentioned in the Gospel. I said: "Then sir, what do you say about the religion of these Christians?" He said: "My son, if these Christians remained on the original religion of Jesus, then they would have been on God's true religion; because the religion of Jesus and all the other prophets is the true religion of God. But they changed it and became unbelievers."
I asked him: "Then, sir, what is the salvation from this?" He said: "Oh my son, embracing Islam."
I asked him: "Will the one who embraces Islam be saved?"
He answered: "Yes, in this world and the Hereafter."

Adam [peace be upon him] was the first human created by God. He submitted and prayed to God. Moses [peace be upon him] was also human created by God, So as Jesus Christ [peace be upon him]was human and created by God. Like all humans Muhammad [peace be upon him] was created by God. They were all creations of God. All of them were messengers of God.
Moses, Jesus and Muhammad are the Most Influential Persons in History
God is most powerful and He can creates anything he wishes by saying just a word “ Be " and it will be. It was not difficult for God to create Adam [peace be upon him] without a father or mother. Similarly it was not difficult for God to create Jesus Christ [peace be upon him] from a mother without a father. It was not difficult for God to create Muhammad [peace be upon him], who was illiterate and unable to read, but becoming the most influential person in history [The 100 – A Ranking of The Most Influential Persons in History, By Michael H. Hart].
Moses [peace be upon him], was a great man too. He was ranked as the 16th Most Influential Person in History by Michael H. Hart.
The same too, for Jesus Christ [peace be upon him] . He was ranked as the 3rd Most Influential Person in History by Michael H. Hart.
Torah , Bible and Quran are Words of God, But.
Moses, Jesus and Muhammad, peace be upon all of them] brought changes and developments to mankind - from pagans to believers of God. They were all messengers of God, bringing with them the messages from God. The messages of God were documented in Torah or the Old Testament [through Moses] , Gospel or the New Testament [through Jesus Christ] and Quran or the Final Testament [through Muhammad].
Torah or the Old Testament was compiled 1000 years after the death of Moses [peace be upon him], and Bible [Containing the Old and New Testaments] was compiled 300 years after Jesus Christ [peace be upon him] was taken away by God from the earth. Unlike Torah and Gospel, the Quran was compiled and written during the life of Muhammad. [peace be upon him].
Naturally, any documents which were compiled from many sources collected over hundred years, the probabilities of the documents, incomplete and full of errors, were certainly be very high. According to Jehovah’s Witness in their “AWAKE!” Magazine dated 8 September 1957 [Page 67] carried the head line “50,000 ERRORS IN THE BIBLE”. Owing to these errors, the Bible is continuously being revised from time to time As we are fully aware that there are various versions of the Bible which are available today.
Quran is pure - Authentic and Unadulterated
Since Quran was compiled during the life of Muhammad [peace be upon him], till today more than 1428 years, not a single word being added or deleted. All the original words in Arabic are all intact in the original forms, without being revised – added or deleted. Thus, Quran is considered the only messages from God, which is authentic and unadulterated.
Due to the efforts of the early companions, with God’s assistance, the Quran as we have it today is recited in the same manner as it was revealed. This makes it the only religious scripture that is still completely retained and understood in its original language. Indeed, as Sir William Muir states,
“There is probably no other book in the world which has remained twelve centuries (now fourteen) with so pure a text. [Sir William Muir, Life of Mohamet, London, 1894, Vol.1, Introduction ].
Kenneth Cragg [The Mind of the Quran, London: George Allen & Unwin, 1973, p.26.] describes the transmission of the Quran from the time of revelation to today as occurring in an unbroken living sequence of devotion.
Schwally concurs that:
As far as the various pieces of revelation are concerned, we areconfident that their text has been generally transmitted exactly as it was found in the Prophet’s legacy.” [Schwally, Geschichte des Qorans, Leipzig: Dieterich’sche Verlagsbuchhandlung,1909-38, Vol.2, p.120.]
Scholar, B. Philips concluded that [, Usool at-Tafseer, Sharjah: Dar al-Fatah, 1997, p.157]
“More ancient manuscripts from all periods of Islamic history found in the Library of Congress in Washington, the Chester Beatty Museum in Dublin (Ireland) and the London Museum have been compared with those in Tashkent, Turkey and Egypt, with results confirming that there have not been any changes in the text from its original time of writing
The evidence above confirms God’s promise in the Quran:
Verily, We have revealed the Reminder, and verily We shall preserve it.” (Quran 15:9)
The Quran has been preserved in both oral and written form in a way no other book has, and with each form providing a check and balance for the authenticity of the other.

Falsification Test that Quran is not from God
It is interesting to note that, the Quran challenges mankind to produce a similar book like the Quran :
And if you are in doubt concerning that which We have sent down (i.e. the Quran) to Our slave (Muhammad ), then produce a Sûrah (chapter) of the like thereof and call your witnesses (supporters and helpers) besides God, if you are truthful” Quran Chapter 2: 23
Till to date, over 1428 years, many attempts were made but failed. This challenge is still opened to all mankind.
Shall we accept the challenge?
It is interesting to note too, that, after challenging mankind, God gives the answer in the Quran as in the following [Chapter 2 :24}
"But if you do it not, and you can never do it,.."
Is there any similar challenge or “falsification test” written in other holy Books ? However, Quran does that.. A perfect example of how Quran provides man with a chance to verify its authenticity and "prove it wrong" occurs in the other 4th chapter. In the very words of Dr. Gary Miller “And quiet honestly, I was very surprised when I first discovered this challenge.” Quran states in (Surah An-Nisa, 4:82):
"Do they not consider the Qur'an? Had it been from any other than God, they would surely have found therein much discrepancy."
This is a clear challenge to the mankind. Basically, Quran invites anyone to find a mistake. As a matter of fact, the seriousness and difficulty of the challenge aside, the actual presentation of such a challenge in the first place is not even in human nature and is inconsistent with man's personality.
